I scheduled an appointment with Mighty Pine to perform a check-up on our HVAC system today. Cameron arrived and was very pleasant. l showed him where our system was located both inside and outside. He checked everything and gave our 4 year old system a thumbs up!! One thing that definitely helps is that I change the 3 filters every month and have done so since it was installed. I was very pleased with their service and follow up including sending me pictures of the condition of the unit.
Thanks very much to Mighty Pine for their outstanding work in installing my new mini split system. I first met with Ben, who walked me through the project and its costs, patiently answering my many questions. The installation itself was challenging. Christian, the electrician, had to run a 220v line high around the house, while Tyler and Hector found a way to connect the outside and inside units with a refrigerant line from the ground to the top of the third floor. Special thanks to Tyler who scaled the side of the house on a 40-foot ladder and oversaw the entire job. The system is now up and running great. A very professional effort all around.
Mighty Pine installed a new air conditioner at our daughter's condo in Arvada. Ben was great at explaining the options and making it happen quickly. She has had some issues and they got someone out to troubleshoot in record time. Great customer service!
