Heat Pump Rebates & Tax Credits

• Power Ahead Colorado: Mighty Pine is a participating Power Ahead Colorado contractor. The program offers a $1,500 rebate on qualifying ducted and ductless cold climate air-source heat pumps that meet ENERGY STAR cold climate standards. It applies to existing homes and buildings in participating Denver-metro communities; new construction is not eligible. Mighty Pine submits each project for preapproval before work begins, so customers know their rebate amount up front. The rebate is paid within about 60 days after installation and final review, and it can be combined with Xcel Energy and other utility or local rebates.

Which incentives apply depends on the equipment, the home, the utility provider, and for some programs, household income. Mighty Pine reviews each customer’s eligibility before work begins, and any remaining cost can be covered through the company’s financing options.
